The numbers you need
When you're planning a wedding, obviously you need to keep track of how many people you're inviting to each event. But beyond the question of how many people you're inviting, what you really need to know is how many people are going to show up — and just how many orders of salmon vs. chicken you're going to need to pay for.
With The Organized Wedding, we give you the numbers you really want. Not only do we keep a running tally of how many people you've invited, we also keep running estimates — before your responses come back — of what your attendance is likely to be: What range could your attendance possibly fall in? What range will your attedance probably fall in? What is the most likely number of guests who will actually show up?
If you're going to offer guests a choice a choice of meals on your response cards, we also keep track of your guests' choices: How many people have requested each meal choice so far? How many of each meal choice are likely to be requested, based on current trends?
If you're dividing your costs up among several families, you can see all of these numbers divided into appropriate groups. And don't worry, we won't just confront you with a screen full of numbers — all of these totals are accompanied by simple pie charts that make it easy to understand what the numbers are really telling you.
