The Organized Wedding - Wedding Planning Software

We can read your book, too

If you don't have an address book stored on your computer, don't worry — we've designed our invitation system to be as fast and easy to use as possible. But if you already have an address book (Eudora®, Palm™ Desktop, Microsoft ®Outlook®, or Microsoft Outlook Express), The Organized Wedding can import it into its own address book. If you've used a program like Microsoft Excel to enter your addresses in a spreadsheet, the software can read that too!

And... it can do better than that. Inside your address book, you probably have addresses that look like "100 1st St. SE, Apt 17". Well, tradionally, the envelopes for wedding invitations don't use postal abbreviations - everything gets spelled out. With any other wedding software, even if the program could read your address book, you'd still have to retype all of your addresses to spell things out.

With The Organized Wedding, the abbreviated version gets stored in your address book, untouched - but the correct version comes out on your invitation envelopes. ("One Hundred First Street Southeast, Apartment Seventeen") Formal perfection. Automatically.
