Creating a Printed Wedding Program
The wedding organizer software will add these tasks to your task list if you tell it you want to plan seating for your guests at your wedding reception:

Write a first draft of the printed program and take it with you when you meet with the officiant. |

Buy or make paper to print the program on. |

Finish writing the program text, and have the bride and groom and the officiant check it. |

If you're using special paper, test-print it to make sure that the text works with the design on the paper. |

If you're printing the program yourself, start printing well ahead of time in case there are any problems. If you're having it copied or printed, take it to the copier or printer. |

Give the finished programs to someone to distribute before the wedding. |
