Getting the Wedding Site Ready
The wedding planner software will add these tasks to your task list if you tell it that your wedding site will not take care of everything for you. These tasks will help you plan the things that you might need to take care of yourself:

Check with several companies to compare prices, then reserve the rental items you need. |

Call the wedding site's manager to make sure that your vendors can get access to the site when they need it. |
