Volunteer Transportation
The wedding planning software will add these tasks to your task list if you tell it you want to have a friend or relative take care of transportation needs:
Decide what kind of transportation you want for the Wedding and Reception, and for whom. |
9-10 months before |
If you need a large van for the Wedding and Reception but your volunteer doesn't own one, you can rent one from most car rental companies. |
1-2 months before |
If you need to block public parking spaces in front of the Wedding and Reception site(s) (such as for a van or limousine), ask the site manager(s) how to arrange this. |
2 weeks to 1 month before |
Confirm Wedding and Reception times, dates, and locations with the transportation volunteer(s). |
1-2 weeks before |
If you rented any vehicles, return them. |
