The wedding planner software will add these tasks to your task list if you tell it you want to have a friend or relative do the wedding photography:
Ask your officiant if he/she has any restrictions on photos during the ceremony or at the wedding site. |
2-3 months before |
If you plan to have formal wedding photos taken the day of the wedding, decide whether to take them before or after the ceremony. |
2-3 months before |
Have a formal wedding portrait taken, if you want one. |
2 weeks to 1 month before |
If you're having formal photos taken, tell everyone who needs to be in them when and where to show up. |
2 weeks to 1 month before |
If there are any specific photos you want the photographer to take, give them a list when you confirm location, date, time, and appropriate attire for the Wedding and Reception. |
1-2 weeks before |
If you have not yet received the photos, you might want to tactfully remind the photographer that you are looking forward to seeing them. |
